Avarua(meaning 'Two Harbours' in Make Islands Māori) is usually a city and region in the north of the isle of Rarotonga, and can be the national funds of the Cook Islands.
The town is offered by Rarotonga Cosmopolitan Airport terminal (IATA Airport Program code: RAR) and Avatiu Harbour.
The inhabitants of Avarua Area will be 5,445 (census of 2006).1

The city and area of Avarua is definitely subdivided into 18 tapere (conventional sub-districts) out of 54 for Rarotongacitation required, assembled into 6 Census Districts, outlined from western world to far east.
